Quick Draw is a card game app. We collect only what's needed to let you play with other people. There are no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you play with friends, our servers store:
- A random player ID created by the app the first time you open it. It isn't tied to your name, email, or Apple ID.
- Your display name and avatar, which you choose.
- Your friends list, including friend requests you send or receive.
- Game invites you send or receive.
- Results of games played with others: who played, scores, placements, how long the game lasted, and the moves made during the game.
- A push notification token, only if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when a friend invites you to a game.
Solo games against bots are stored only on your phone. So are your settings.
Like most online services, the servers that run Quick Draw may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and error messages, to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To run live games between players.
- To show your name and avatar to people you play with and to your friends.
- To send notifications you've allowed, such as game invites and friend requests.
- To find and fix bugs.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help run the app:
- Railway, which hosts our servers and database.
- Expo and Apple, which deliver push notifications if you turn them on.
Other players see only your display name, avatar, and game results.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile, friends, and game history for as long as you use Quick Draw. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Deleting your data
Email quickdrawcards.app@gmail.com with your display name, and we'll delete your profile, friends list, and game history from our servers. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.
Children
Quick Draw isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app to share personal information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also let you know in the app.
